Joseph Kalt was recently honored by the largest pan-Indian organization in the country, the National Congress of American Indians, for "groundbreaking research and technical assistance in partnership with and for the benefit of Native Nations." In addition to his work at Compass Lexecon Professor Kalt is a co-founder and co-director of the Harvard Project on American Indian Economic Development at Harvard University.
