Parker Hannifin and Meggitt obtain approval for their £6.3 billion merger in the air and spacecraft sector

In September 2022, Parker-Hannifin Corporation (“Parker”) closed its acquisition of Meggitt PLC, after obtaining clearance from regulatory authorities. Compass Lexecon advised Parker during merger proceedings across the globe.
