Compass Lexecon Expands Arbitration Practice with New Miami Office

We are excited to announce the expansion of our international arbitration practice to include an office in Miami, FL. With the growing arbitration market, we expect to better service Miami-based law firm clients handling the increasing number of commercial and construction disputes by providing a local presence in this growing international arbitration hub.

The office will be led by Gustavo De Marco, a Senior Vice President with more than 12 years of experience in international arbitration. He is an economist with an MA degree in Finance and has provided expert testimony and managed teams in more than 50 dispute resolution proceedings. He specializes in economic, financial, contractual and valuation analysis, with special focus on the infrastructure and energy industries.

Mr. De Marco also co-heads Compass Lexecon's construction arbitration practice, which focuses on disputes related to engineering, construction and schedule analysis, bringing together affiliated experts from world-class engineering & construction companies with Compass Lexecon's unparalleled skills in the international arbitration arena.
