Industrial Organization and Political Economy Expert Professor Kei Kawai Affiliates with Compass Lexecon

We are pleased to announce that Professor Kei Kawai has affiliated with Compass Lexecon. 

Professor Kawai is a distinguished economist specializing in industrial organization and political economy. His research spans collusion detection in auction strategies, signalling behaviour in credit markets, and inferences from voting patterns. His work has been published in leading academic journals, including the Review of Economic Studies, Journal of Political Economy, and Econometrica.

He is currently professor at the University of Tokyo's Graduate School of Economics and associate professor at U.C. Berkeley, having achieved a PhD in economics from Northwestern University.

On joining Compass Lexecon, Professor Kawai stated, "I am excited to affiliate with Compass Lexecon and contribute to their outstanding work in economic consulting. I look forward to collaborating with the team on complex economic issues."
