Compass Lexecon Strengthens Intellectual Property Practice
Compass Lexecon is pleased to announce that Professor Timothy Simcoe, a Professor of Strategy and Innovation at Boston University and a faculty research fellow for the National Bureau of Economic Research, has joined the firm as a Senior Consultant. Professor Simcoe is one of the nations leading experts on the economics of intellectual property, and on industry standards and standardization processes; for example, he recently testified on behalf of Apple and Microsoft in cases related to standards essential patent licensing.
