Alice O'Donnell

Alice (Kaminski) O'Donnell is a Senior Vice President at Compass Lexecon based in Chicago. She specializes in antitrust, class certification, and complex damages litigation, with more than 15 years of experience in economic litigation consulting. She has provided research and analysis on numerous antitrust matters on behalf of companies and government agencies, in the US and abroad. Her antitrust case work includes mergers, attempted monopolization, tying, and antitrust issues related to intellectual property and standards. O'Donnell also has experience in mass tort litigation, calculating damages for large classes of injured businesses and individuals, and class certification matters.  She has consulted in a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, healthcare, retail, and technology, among others. O'Donnell has a B.A. in Economics from Mills College. Prior to joining Compass Lexecon, O'Donnell was a Consulting Associate in the Competition Practice of Charles River Associates.
