Erin Secatore is an Executive Vice President with Compass Lexecon based in Boston, Massachusetts. Erin has a background in both law and economic consulting in the aviation industry. As a former practicing attorney at a top international law firm, she specialized in labor and employment law with an industry focus on aviation. Erin joined Compass Lexecon’s aviation practice in 2019 as a strategic consultant who advises airline and other industry clients on a variety of consulting and testifying engagements that leverage her in-depth industry knowledge and strengths in communication, project management, and data analysis. As a trusted advisor working with clients, counsel, and expert witnesses, Erin is an integral member of Compass’s aviation practice where she oversees many of the practice’s largest matters, elevates analytical strategy, and facilitates expert work product of the highest quality, while enhancing efficiency at all stages of the engagement.

Erin’s engagements have ranged from labor and employment to commercial disputes to antitrust, among other areas. In litigation, she has managed expert case teams related to class certification, merits, and damages, and provides critical insight into opposing expert work product. Her consulting engagements have included various industry and/or economic impact analyses, including public policy initiatives affecting the aviation industry.

Erin has co-authored numerous white papers on topics ranging from the impact of COVID-19 on U.S. airlines, the economic impact of airline hubs on local economies, and proposed initiatives affecting consumer access to flight information—which she presented before the Aviation Consumer Protection Advisory Committee at the Department of Transportation.

Erin holds a JD from New York Law School where she graduated summa cum laude with the Otto L. Walter Award for Distinguished Writing and the Joseph A. Solomon Award for Excellent Character and Fitness. In 2021, she was recognized by Compass Lexecon as a recipient of the Rising Star Award.
