Guillermo Israilevich is an Executive Vice President with Compass Lexecon based in Washington, DC. His area of expertise is industrial organization. With a deep understanding of theoretical and quantitative methods, he has provided economic analyses related to antitrust, mergers, damages, regulatory and contract disputes, and other litigation and consulting matters. Dr. Israilevich has directed large economic teams in the preparation of expert reports in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, retail, entertainment, health care, sports, telecommunications, electricity, and natural gas. He has submitted expert testimony before the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), and regulatory commissions in Puerto Rico, Mexico, and Bolivia. Dr. Israilevich has also published in peer-reviewed journals and industry magazines.
Dr. Israilevich holds a Ph.D. in Economics and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business where he specialized in the fields of industrial organization, finance, and quantitative marketing.
