Iria Camba Flórez De Losada

Iria is a Vice President at Compass Lexecon, based in London and Madrid.

Iria has worked on a large number of projects where evidence was presented before International Arbitration courts. Iria has specialised in the energy sector, and her consulting experience in international arbitration is focused on two main areas: (i) valuation & damages assessments and (ii) gas pricing disputes.

Iria has worked, amongst other things, on quantifying damages for a major European gas company arising from a unilateral termination of a contract, analysing changes in natural gas market fundamentals as part of a gas price review, and on calculating damages for a large buyer of liquefied natural gas in Asia following from a shortfall in the number of cargoes received.

Iria holds an MSc in Economics from the LSE and a BSc in Economics with Econometrics from the University of Kent. Iria speaks fluent English (Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English), French (Diplôme d'études en langue française B2), and Spanish (native).
