James Tam is a Vice President with Compass Lexecon based in Los Angeles and Singapore. He has extensive experience leading financial, statistical, and economic studies involving large and disparate data sources. His litigation consulting experience includes the banking, retail, entertainment, web, high-tech, telecommunication, and pharmaceutical industries. Prior to joining Compass Lexecon, he was with Charles River Associates for nearly a decade in the finance practice, where he also managed recruiting efforts, and with Kaiser Permanente as a Strategic Consultant.
He received an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles at the Anderson School of Management, and a BA in Business Economics with a minor in Accounting, and concentration in computing from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Mr. Tam is active in his community, is an avid sports fan, and is a member of both the UCLA Chancellor's Associates and the Anderson Dean's Society.
