Jasper P. Haller

Dr. Jasper Haller is a Vice President with Compass Lexecon based in Berlin.

Jasper works on a wide range of cases involving cartels and merger regulation, with a special focus on German-speaking countries.

Jasper has more than 7 years of experience advising clients on a wide range of antitrust cases involving cartels, abuse of dominance, and merger proceedings. He has advised clients in court proceedings in Germany, Austria, and the UK, and in merger and antitrust proceedings before the European Commission and the UK Competition and Markets Authority, including in Phase II investigations such as Aon/Willis Towers Watson and Vodafone UK/Three UK. Jasper’s experience spans a range of industries including chemicals, insurance broking, sports betting data, telecommunications, and trucks manufacturing.

Jasper holds a Ph.D. in Economics and a M.Sc. in Economic Research from the University of Mannheim, where he specialized in applied econometrics and empirical economics. He also holds a B.A. in Political Economy from Williams College and a Postgraduate Diploma in EU Competition Law from King’s College, London.
