Jonathan Polonsky is a Senior Vice President in Compass Lexecon’s Chicago office. He has over 15 years of experience in economic consulting and specializes in valuation, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, financial damages, and customs and practice in the private equity and venture capital industries. He has extensive experience in Delaware appraisal actions, valuations of companies involved in M&A transactions, financial statement analysis, solvency matters, and matters involving private fund disputes. He has experience in a wide range of industries including health care, financial services, real estate and technology. Prior to joining Compass Lexecon, he worked at Discover Financial Services and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
Polonsky has an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business (now Chicago Booth) and an BA in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis.
