Justice is an Economist at Compass Lexecon, based in London.

Justice has worked on merger cases before the European Commission and UK Competition and Markets Authority alongside other national competition authorities, and has assisted with economic analysis in damages proceedings and abuse of dominance cases. His industry experience includes software, manufacturing, construction materials, and transportation.

Justice has experience in application of competition policy and data science using a range of analytical tools, including database management, statistical analysis, webscraping, and application development.

Prior to joining Compass Lexecon, Justice obtained an MSc in Economics for Development from the University of Oxford and a BA in Economics from the University of St. Andrews, where he also worked as a research assistant.
