Marcin Pruski is a Vice President at Compass Lexecon, based in London. He has over 10 years of economic, regulatory and valuation consulting experience in the context of international arbitration and litigations.
Mr. Pruski participated in over 25 arbitration and litigation matters under ICSID, ICC, SCC, PCA, UNCITRAL rules and in the UK Competition Appeals Tribunal. His experience includes valuation of publicly and privately held businesses, M&A valuation advisory, computation of economic damages as well as profitability analyses of regulated entities.
Mr. Pruski worked on projects related to investments in various industries, including oil and gas, electricity generation and distribution (conventional and renewable), financial services, mining, manufacturing and airport services located in countries including Argentina, Bulgaria, Croatia, France, Germany, Ghana, Hungary, Luxembourg, Mexico, Nigeria, Peru, Poland, Russia, Spain, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, and Ukraine.
Mr. Pruski holds an M.Sc. in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science, a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Warwick, and he is also a CFA Charterholder.
Prior to joining Compass Lexecon, Mr. Pruski worked at NERA Economic Consulting specializing in financial economics with a focus on the valuation of financial products, financial econometrics, market efficiency testing and analysis of trading strategies.
