May Huang is a Vice President with Compass Lexecon. She has provided research and analysis on numerous matters on behalf of companies and government agencies. Her litigation consulting experience includes the entertainment & media, healthcare, banking, retail, high-tech, and telecommunication industries. She has also worked on studies involving accounting litigation, damages estimation, asset valuation, merger and acquisitions, and intellectual property.
She obtained her MBA from the University of Southern California, and both her B.A. in Business Economics and B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is also a CMA (Certified Management Accountant).
Prior to joining Compass Lexecon, she was with Charles River Associates in the finance practice, and with Johnson and Johnson as a Senior Financial Analyst.
