Niall H. MacMenamin is an Executive Vice President with Compass Lexecon based in Los Angeles. He specializes in marketing, finance and statistics. His industry experience includes technology products, internet platforms, food and beverage, consumer products, and financial services. He has authored articles and presented to attorneys on proper application of damages theories, evaluation of liability using statistical methods, legal issues involving internet platforms, and estimating damages in class certification. Prior to joining Compass Lexecon, Niall was a Vice President at Analysis Group. He also held product manager roles at Business.com, an internet platform for business users, and Progressive.com, an insurance provider.
