Stephen Stanis is a Senior Vice President with Compass Lexecon based in Los Angeles. He has experience consulting on a number of antitrust litigation matters in the entertainment, payment systems, software, healthcare, and technology sectors. His experience related to antitrust litigation includes price fixing, exclusive dealing, product bundling/tying, and price maintenance. He has also been involved in a variety of merger and acquisition matters, including ones in the pharmaceutical benefit management, broadband, and semiconductor industries.
Previously, Stephen worked as a Senior Associate at LECG providing research and analytical support on matters in the construction, healthcare, music and delivery services sectors. Prior to joining LECG he worked as a journalist in Chicago’s south suburbs. Stephen holds a B.A. with Honors from Columbia College Chicago.
