Todd Kendall’s areas of expertise include corporate governance, public policy, and calculation of commercial damages. He has directed a variety of economic studies of government regulation, financial markets, public finance, intellectual property issues, and labor markets. He has testified before the Copyright Royalty Board and submitted expert reports in Federal court and to agencies in the U.S. and China. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and he was previously Assistant Professor of Economics at Clemson University. He has published a variety of articles in academic journals including Journal of Law and Economics, Journal of Urban Economics, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, Competition Law & Policy Debate, Public Choice, BE Journal of Economic Analysis & Policy, Journal of Cultural Economics, and Managerial and Decision Economics. Kendall has a Ph.D. and M.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago.
