Wiktor Owczarz

Wiktor is a Senior Data Scientist at Compass Lexecon, based in Berlin.

Prior to joining Compass Lexecon, he has worked both as a competition economist and as a data analyst in industry. Wiktor’s focus is on big data analytics and the application of causal methods to competition cases.

Wiktor has experience in a wide range of big data and advanced analytics tools, methodologies, and applications, including in database management, statistical analysis, business intelligence and application building.

He also has experience across a range of matters including merger control, abuse of dominance, cartels. He has worked on cases in various industries including technology, digital platforms, retail, and vehicles.

Wiktor holds an MSc in Economic Research from the University of Maastricht.
